Kek Pisang Lembab (very moist)

Kek pisang ni tersangatlah lembabnya...very, very moist...and very, very delicious...
Semalam Kak Am, kawan ofis, bagi I beberapa biji pisang embun, asked me to bake a banana cake. So last night, I baked this cake, using MamaFami's recipe, tp dpt from blog Bro Rozzan.... This is a very moist cake, baunya harum dan sedap...


Kek ni nampak macam bantat, tapi tak bantatlah coz texturenya very lembut and moist...tak rasa macam bantat pun...so don't worry..be happy..enjoy... however, warned you..please put in less sugar...a bit sweet for me...kalau makan, kena sediakan air kosong kat sebelah, lepas makan 1 slice, minum air...jgn air manis pulak ye...sia2 je...air kosong ok...hehe

KEK PISANG LEMBAB (VERY MOIST BANANA CAKE)

Bahan-Bahan :
250 g mentega
2 cawan gula (saya gunakan 340 gm) should kurangkan sikit next time, maybe 300gm..tp depends on pisang jugaklah kot
4 biji telur
1/2 sudu teh garam halus
1 sudu teh vanilla ( saya gunakan vanilli)
4 sudu besar susu cair (sejat) I used full cream milk
3 cawan pisang yg dilecek (saya gunakan pisang raja) I used pisang embun
2 cawan tepung (diayak) - saya gunakan 240 gm tpg gandum
1 sudu teh bic of soda
1 sudu teh baking powder
Kacang walnut, macadamia,pecan (optional) - saya gunakan 50 gm hazelnut i used 40gm chopped walnut

Cara :
1. Pukul mentega bersama gula hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan telur sebiji sebiji sambil terus pukul. Kemudian masukkan, vanilli, susu dan garam. Kacau rata.
3. Selepas tu, masukkan pisang lecek tadi dan gaul.
4. Akhir sekali, masukkan tepung lalu digaul hingga sebati.
5. Bakar di dalam ketuhar yg telah dipanaskan pd suhu 180 C utk selama 45-50 minit atau sehingga masak.
Nota : Kali ini saya cuma tambahkan ganache topping kat atas kek tu dan ditabur dgn kacang hazel.

This morning I brought 1/2 of the portion to office, and 1/2 for my children...Thank you Kak Am coz bagi I pisang utk buat kek pisang ni....
