Crispy Almond Flakes Cookies

Another alternative to finish up your egg white...asyik buat pavlova je kan... ehhh pernah buat pavlova ke...? hahahha bukan kita..orang lainlah..yang asyik buat pavlova je tu kan..bolehlah kalau nak buat cookies ni pulak....

Biskut ni kena buat senipis yang boleh...lagi nipis lagi sedap dan crunchy...kalau tebal, memanglah tak best... found this recipe kat nasilemaklover. Thank you for sharing ye...

Crispy Almond Flakes cookies
2 egg whites
60g caster sugar
50g all purpose flour
100g Almond flakes
25g butter (melted)

1. Lightly beat egg white and sugar till sugar dissolved.
2. Add in flour, almond flakes and melted butter, combine well.
3. Spoon mixture on a non-stick baking sheet, and use the back of spoon to spread the mixture to round thin shape (make it as thin as possible).
4. Bake at pre-heated oven for 13-15mins at 160c or until golden brown.


* saya spread kan adunan tu dlm tray 10inx10in...spread evenly kasi nipis... tapi resultnya taklah senipis mana..nipislah juga tp ada juga bahagian yg tertebal... kalau boleh buat dua loyang...spread kat loyang 7inx7in buat 2 loyang, rasanya akan jadi lebih nipis barulah betul2 crunchy...
