I am 24 today...ehhhh silap... 42 lah... Happy 42nd birthday to me... Not much to celebrate when you are at 40s... but I am so eager to bake this cake... Macam besttt je... teringin nak buat... eventually I buat jugak... Not bad lah...
Maaf ye...resipi ni memang sangat senang...just combine je bahan yg ada..tak payah sukat pun takpe lah, just taste ikut sedap lidah dan tekak..InsyaAllah...
250gm vanilla sponge mix - yang ni masak according to instructionlah ye...
When the cake is done, sejukkan and belah 2 or 3
Putar Non-dairy whipped cream sehingga kental, take 1/2 portion campurkan dengan yougurt (kena rasa whether you like it masam or sweet, but you can add in a little bit sugar if you like). Then sapukan pada layer cake, and tabur fresh fruits (strawberry or other berries) or whatever fruits you like.
Then cover the cake with the remaining whipped cream, then tepekkan shredded cheddar cheese di keliling kek dan hias dengan fresh fruits of you choice di atas kek...
Dah siaplah tu... keep in fridge dulu then enjoylah.... senang je kan...
