Home-made Chocolates






Today I learn about chocolate....Yes....chocolate.... Kind of chocolate, tempering method (the easiest way)..and all about chocolate... Terimakasih pada Rahimah dan Maly untuk ilmu yg dicurahkan...semoga perniagaan dan kelas u all dpt sambutan lagi... bagi sesiapa yg nak belajar, cepat book tempat di http://homechoc.blogspot.com. Lihatlah ni hasilnya....ada plain milk choc, dark brown choc, milk choc with choc ganache filling, strawberry filling and almond...very satisfying..just like u buy outside.... but this is special coz it's home-made choc....you are certain about its freshness and it's halal....
