Have you tried Tutti Frutti? How is it? Best? Lovely? Delicious? Cold? Hahah of course it's cold ok.... and yes...sangat sedap...well, it's ice cream, of courselah sedapkan.... BUT...haiyaaa so expensive...very expensive...I got to eat once only, time promotion with 20% discount..tu pun dah rasa cukup mahal...nasib baiklah sedap...tapi ice cream apa pun sedap, ye tak...?
Buat sendiri pun boleh...google aje...pakcik google tu baik hati sangat...macam-macam resipi frozen yogurt dia bagi..pilih je yang berkenan di hati, cubalah buat..antara jadi dengan tak jadi jelah..hahahaha
Ok, akhirnya...buatlah jugak...saje nak test skill...kebetulanlah pulak...haritu anak-anak beli yogurt, tapi makannya tidak...terbiar je kat fridge tu haaa... and also mango, haritu pi pasar malam, beli manggo punyalah banyak, tinggal satu semua malas nak kopek...akhirnya dah lembik (dah terlebih masaklah tu)... so apa lagi..jomlah buat froyo....
Ok, resipi ni dapat from pakcik google...and this is really bad, ok...huhuhu lupalah pulak dapat drp website mana....tak salin...
Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries (sebiji mangga yang ranum)
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup to 1 cup sugar (depending on how sweet you want the result, and how sweet your strawberries are to begin with)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups full fat yogurt (if use low or non fat, then add 2 Tbsp cream) (2 tubes of blueberry yogurt - bantai ajelah....)
Method
1 Place the
strawberries, lemon juice, salt, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat
on medium heat, stirring, until the sugar has completely dissolved. Use
a potato masher to mash up the strawberries as the mixture is heating.
As soon as all of the sugar has completely dissolved, remove from heat
and let sit for 10 minutes.
2 Stir in the milk and
yogurt, until completely incorporated. Place the mixture in the
refrigerator, and chill for at least an hour, preferably several hours,
until completely cold, before proceeding.
3 Process the mixture in your ice cream maker (Amazon sells a good one) 20 to 25 minutes. Eat immediately or keep in freezer until served.
Makes about 1 quart.
(I letak semua bahan dalam blender, blend hingga sebati, then simpan dlm freezer semalaman or at least 4 hours....kalau simpan lagi lama, ia akan jadi icy...so tak perlu simpan lama2 sangatlah kot...)
The result, sedap....walaupun tak berapa lembut, dia dah jadi a bit icy...but never mind...still good...
