Hari ini saya buat kek hanya untuk menghabiskan saki-baki bahan-bahan yang tinggal sedikit seperti cream cheese dan pisang. Hehehe pisang ada 3 biji dah seminggu dalam fridge....cream cheese pula baki 180gm dlm fridge... orang yang jual cream cheese ni ngelatlah... bila kita beli yang dah siap potong tu 1 kg, it's not actually 1 kg... kalau betul 1 kg, kenapa ada baki 180gm? huwaaaa menci....!!! Tapi takpelah..mohlah kita buat kek pisang...
Resipi kek butter je tapi tambahkan dengan cream creese, pisang dan choc rice... inilah hasilnya...sedap rasa kek pisanglah..takde rasa cheese pun...hehehe..

Homemade Cornetto
This is way too good...hahahaha... very nice ok.... found how to do this on someone's fb... and teruslah nak buat... sebab senang aje... just follow the picture shown... tapi apa bahan yang nak diletak tu, ikut sukalah... as long as ada ais krim...

Bubur Candil Keledek
Siapa pernah makan bubur candil....? Senang cerita...siapa orang Jawa di sini...? hehehe siapa orang Jawa taulah apa itu bubur candil. Mengikut adat orang Jawa, bila anak kita dah pandai jalan dan nak bagi dia jejak ke tanah, maka bubur candil ni pun dibuat...sebagai adatnya...kadang tu untuk orang-orang belakang/orang-orang rewang time kenduri-kendara... Tapi sekarang ni kalau teringin nak makan, buat ajelah... sekarang ni tidak lagi terhad jumpa di rumah orang Jawa, orang Melayu pun dah pandai buat dan makan... siap di'improvise'kan lagi resipi ni... seperti dicampur dengan keledek lenyek... seperti yang saya cuba buat nilah...
Tapi tak samalah... dan tak berapa menarik menurut tekak Jawa ku ini... hahaha... Just prefer the original... terkenang pulak bubur candil mak dan arwah nenek...
Bubur candil ni yang bulat-bulat tu dibuat daripada tepung pulut...rasanya kenyal-kenyal gitu... sedap... kuahnya tu biasalah santan dengan gula melaka/gula merah. Saya buat tak ada sukatan... main ikut sedap je dan saya just guna simple and basic bahan je apa yang ada di dapur... tepung pulut digaul dengan air hingga membentuk doh dan bulat-bulatkanlah dia... sementara tu didihkan air dlm periuk, dah didih, masukkan tepung yg bulat-bulat tadi, dan apabila ia timbul, dah masaklah tu...(macam buat kuih buah Melaka), toskan dia dan di periuk lain, sediakan kuah dia..ni biasalah... air, santan dan gula Melaka..ikutlah sedap mana, dah gelegak tu, masukkanlah tepung pulut bulat-bulat tu tadi... kacau-kacau sebentar, dah siaplah... senang je...
Tapi yang saya buat ni... saya campur tepung pulut dengan keledek lenyek... tak berapa kenyal lah..mungkin kena lebihkan tepung pulut tu sebenarnya... bubur candil ni kalau dia kenyal-kenyal baru sedap...sedap sangat!
Kalau nak resipi penuh bersukatan, google ajelah... banyak resipinya... :-))

Berry Licious Jam
I made this jam last night. Strawberry plus blueberry...so it's called Berry Licious Jam... and because it's delicious...hihihi...
Actually I bought these strawberries and blueberries just to make pavlova... Thought to try this pavlova thing... but...looks like it took me ages to actually make this pavlova to a reality... I just too busy...or lazy...? not in the mood I would say... So when is the not lazy mood gonna pop-up? I looked at the strawberries and blueberries in the fridge...hmmm it's been a week now...hehehehe.. I better do something or you might give it free to the dustbin... that is called 'pembaziran'... a waste...
So..yes.. that's it... I'll make jam... oooo this is sooo good... I like it.. the children like it too... taste it with bread or crackers or whatever...it's just too good... it's original, fresh and no preservatives... good isn't it...?
It's just too easy to make it.... you'll need:
Strawberry/Blueberry/or any other fruits or you can just combine all
Sugar (depends on your sweetness)
Lemon juice
Crushed the berries first.
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat till sugar is dissolved.
Then keep stirring until thicken but not so thick ok... you don't like if it's too thick... but if it become thick very quickly, you can add a bit of water. It's up to you, you made it...

Donut Keledek
Keledek lagi... al-maklum...yang ni keledek purple... rebus nak makan gitu je.. ingatkan sedap, tapi tak sedaplah..tak manis..takde sapa nak makan..terbiar je kat pinggan tu dah 2 hari tak de siapa yang nak sentuh...hahaha... so jangan buang ye, sayang seribu kali sayang tau..jom kita buat donut keledek... keledek purple tau...
Alhamdulillah...dah dibuat donut, habislah pulak...syukur Alhamdulillah... Rupa bentuk donut ni memang haru sikitlah coz bentukkan dia secara manual je..tak pakai acuan coz adunannya lembiklah...maybe sebab saya lebihkan keledek tu..yelah sebab nak habiskan terus keledek tu...hehehe... so saya tepek2, bulat2 dengan tangan je... jadilah bulat...bulat yang senget-benget... Saya sadurkan donut ni dengan gula aising dan gula halus...tapi my children prefer yang gula aising...

DONUT KELEDEK IIresipi asal : K.Wan
resipi olahah : Izah

Bahan:
200 gm tepung gandum
1 1/2 sk yis segera mauripan
100gm ubi keledek
1 sudu besar susu pekat manis
50gm gula halus
1 1/2 sb mentega
1 biji telur kuning
1/2 sudu teh garam
60ml air
Gula ising untuk salutan
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara-cara :1. Kupas kentang, rebus hingga empuk dan lenyek hingga halus ketika masih panas.
Sejukkan.
2. Satukan tepung, gula dan yis, gaul rata. Masukkan kentang lenyek dan bahanbahan lain kecuali air. Gaul hingga rata dan masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan uli
hingga menjadi doh yang lembut dan elastik.
3. Rehatkan adunan selama 15 minit dan tutup dengan kain / plastik sehingga
mengembang.
4. Canai dan terap dengan acuan donat dan letak di atas dulang yang ditabur sedikit
tepung. Rehatkan selama 20 minit lagi hingga mengembang
5. Panaskan minyak dan goreng hingga kekuningan.
6. Salut dengan gula halus atau coklat mengikut suka.

Durian Belanda dan Keledek
Balik Air Hitam haritu beli durian belanda...saya memang suka buah durian belanda... malangnya dah seminggu durian belanda ku tak masak-masak... sebelah dah busuk, jadi saya pun potonglah, sebab ingat dah terlebih masak... rupa-rupanya sebelah aje busuk, sebelah lagi masih keras, tak masak... alahhhh frustnya...
Tengah fikir-fikir, ni memang tak akan masak punyalah ni... so tetiba ada terbaca kt fb, someone said that dia goreng durian belanda ni kalau tak berapa masak.... good idealah... so saya pun bancuh tepung macam nak goreng pisang tu...then gorenglah durian belanda ni...hmmmm memang sedap, rasa macam makan pisang goreng je... Alhamdulillah...tak membazir durian belanda ku... sekali imbas macam sukun goreng...jeng jeng jeng rupanya durian belanda goreng...
Ada juga beli keledek oren...kecik2 aje keledeknya... yang ni memang suka goreng ala-ala French fries... tak yah celup tepung, goreng gitu je... sedap!

Carrot Cake...yeay... I love Carrot Cake... This one's ordered by my hubby's colleague. Celebrated with friends at the office.
It's the first time I'm using the Hawaiian Coconut as the deco as I was reading feedbacks from food bloggers that it's really nice... and yes indeed...very nice with combination of the cream cheese topping...and it looks like 'snow fall' hehehee agaknyalah....

Happy Birthday Mizan
Alhamdulillah Mizan dah 4 years old...last year when he was 3, I made his cake too... Last year was Ultraman, this year are Spiderman and Transformer cakes... yes, two cakes...one for the kindergarten with friends and teachers and one for the house with close family...Alhamdulillah...
I made both Chocolate Moist Cakes, the all-time favourite for kids... Alhamdulillah feedback was great.

Tart Nenas
Sekarang tak kiralah raya ke tak raya...kuih tetap jalan... tart nenas ni diidamkan oleh rakan sekerja, Ja, yang memang 'hantu' tart nenas... dia samalah macam saya, suka tart nenas yang jenis terap... so she ordered 2 bekas.
And kebetulan pula...a customer, Hazlina, she sms if I can make tart nenas, dia nak 3 bekas... elok sangatlah tu sekali jalan... Alhamdulillah... Then tanya my sis kalau dia nak menempel sama..sebab my sis and her son ni pun 'hantu' tart nenas... yesss.. of course..nak jugak... then my mother pun suruh buat juga 1 bekas nak bagi anak kawan dia untuk hantaran tunang...

Nasi Jagung
Abah belikan jagung...banyak jugalah... jagung rebus memang favourite anak-anak... tp kalau dah banyak, tak habis pulak... yang belen2 tu buat nasi jagunglah... dah lama tak masak nasi yang bertumis ni...asyik nasi putih je kan... so marilah kita masak nasi jagung pula... actually tak pernah masak nasi jagung ni...makan orang lain masak, adalah... ini resipi sendiri main campak-campak je...
Mentega atau minyak sapi
Beras
Bawang merah dan bawang putih
3 sekawan (bunga cengkih, buah pala, kayu manis)
Susu cair
Air
Sedikit garam
Jagung rebus (tongkolnya jangan dimasukkan sekali...)
Masaklah macam nak masak nasi ayam ke nasi tomato ke...ikut sukalah... heeeheee suka2 hati je bagi orang instruction kan.... Tapi memang itulah yang saya buat...tumis dulu bahan2 tumisan tu, then masukkan beras, air dan susu cair, then masukkan garam dan jagung then tutup periuk..tunggulah sampai masak...dah masak, gaul2kan dia then tutup periuk lagi dan tunggu sampai tanak... saya guna rice cooker tau....
Makan dengan ayam masak merahlah sedap... haritu memang niat nak masak ayam masak merah...tapi ntahlah tiba2 magic keluar ayam panggang... kihkihkih alasan apa ni....??? tak kisahlah...
heeeheee tak habis ketawa lagi... sila..sila..sila tengok gambar... oh btw... anak2 tanya nape tak buat ayam masak merah....? xde kuah x best kata diorg... so next time buat ayam masak merah, adalah kuah sambal untuk buat basahkan nasi... tulah buat magic lagi...kikikiki

Happy Birthday Me
Alhamdulillah....syukur kepada Allah swt kerana masih diberi kesempatan untuk hidup di muka bumi Allah ini untuk terus beribadah kepadaNya...
I am 24 today...ehhhh silap... 42 lah... Happy 42nd birthday to me... Not much to celebrate when you are at 40s... but I am so eager to bake this cake... Macam besttt je... teringin nak buat... eventually I buat jugak... Not bad lah...

Then cover the cake with the remaining whipped cream, then tepekkan shredded cheddar cheese di keliling kek dan hias dengan fresh fruits of you choice di atas kek...
Dah siaplah tu... keep in fridge dulu then enjoylah.... senang je kan...
